Infused with Thai botanicals such as lemongrass, ginger, turmeric, and kaffir lime, the compresses are pressed and rolled across the body to release muscular tension, soften fascia, and support healthy circulation.

The combination of warmth, intuitive touch, and subtle energy work calms the nervous system, encourages lymphatic flow, eases joint stiffness, and promotes a deep sense of relaxation and balance. A low OM tuning fork may also be incorporated to encourage harmony and deeper release.
