Relaxation Massage

Let your body and mind surrender to stillness with this deeply soothing full-body massage. Using warm oils and gentle, flowing techniques, this treatment helps ease muscular tension, improve circulation, and support your body’s natural state of rest and repair.

Thai Table Massage

90 minutes – $165

Drawing from the ancient healing lineage of traditional Thai massage, this table-based treatment blends rhythmic compression, assisted stretching, and mindful breathwork to create spaciousness and ease throughout the body. Using palms, forearms, and gentle movement, the practitioner works along the body’s energy lines (Sen) to release stagnation, improve mobility, and restore natural balance.

Unlike floor Thai massage, this session is performed on a massage table with the support of oils or herbal balm as needed, allowing for a seamless fusion of Eastern bodywork and Western comfort. The result is a deeply grounding yet energizing experience that promotes joint freedom, muscular release, and nervous system calm.

Each session is uniquely tailored to your body’s needs, offering both therapeutic benefit and meditative stillness — a sacred invitation to return to presence through touch and breath.

Lanna Herbal Bodywork

90 minutes – $205 (includes new herbal compress set) | Returning Client – $165 (bring your set)

Rooted in the bodywork traditions of Northern Thailand, this 90-minute table-based ritual combines rhythmic acupressure, gentle compression, Reiki energy, and the therapeutic warmth of steamed herbal compresses. Infused with lemongrass, ginger, turmeric, and kaffir lime, the herbal compresses are pressed and rolled across the body to release tension, soften fascia, and support circulation.

The blend of warmth, intuitive touch, and subtle energy work calms the nervous system, encourages lymphatic flow, eases joint stiffness, and promotes a deep sense of balance and renewal. A low OM tuning fork may also be incorporated to encourage harmony and deeper release.

Your custom herbal compress set is included with your first session and is yours to take home. Handmade and reusable, they provide continued support for ritual and self-care.

Reiki & Sound Healing
