For grounding, breath-led yoga classes and restorative events created to support your nervous system, soften tension, and bring you back to your center. Whether you're building strength, increasing flexibility, or simply craving space to slow down, these offerings are designed to meet you where you are.

My classes blend mindful movement, breathwork, and somatic awareness to help you feel more connected in your body and more present in your life. All levels are welcome, and the space is always inclusive, gentle, and supportive.

In addition to weekly classes, I also host seasonal events including Still Waters, my signature Yoga Nidra and Sound Bath experience, offered every three months to invite deep rest, reset your system, and guide you into a state of inner stillness.

Come move, rest, and reconnect in a space where you can simply be.

Flow Into Stillness

Gentle Yoga & Meditation

Join me each Wednesday at 6:00 PM for a Yin & Yoga Nidra class, created to help you ground, soften, and restore your nervous system. This class is offered by donation, with a suggested contribution of $10. All levels are welcome in this gentle and inclusive space.

In addition to weekly classes, I host a Monthly Sound Bath at Lighthouse — an immersive afternoon of vibrational healing designed to reset your system and guide you into deep relaxation.

My classes and events weave together mindful movement, breathwork, and somatic awareness so you can reconnect with your body, release tension, and find your center. Whether you’re seeking strength, flexibility, or simply a moment of stillness, these offerings are here to meet you where you are.

What to Bring

Please bring anything that will help you feel comfortable and supported during practice, such as:

Yoga mat

Blankets

Pillows or bolsters

Eye pillows

Any other cozy props you love

Come move, rest, and reconnect in a supportive community space where you can simply be.
